1. Who may use the portal

The staff portal is provided by Ethiopian Skylight Hospitality Group ("ETSHG") only to its employees and authorised contractors, for their work at the group's properties. By signing in you accept this agreement.

2. Licence

ETSHG grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the portal on approved devices for ETSHG work only, within the access your role and property allow.

3. Restrictions

You must not share your password or sign-in codes, let others use your account, copy or export guest or staff information except as your work requires, try to reach records outside your access, or copy, change or reverse-engineer the portal.

4. Confidential information

Guest, staff, medical, payroll and business information in the portal is confidential. It stays confidential after your employment ends and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and your employment terms.

5. Ownership, updates and monitoring

The portal and its content belong to ETSHG. We may update, change or withdraw features at any time.

Access changes are recorded for security. Sign-ins and actions may be reviewed to protect guests, staff and the business.

6. Suspension and termination

ETSHG may suspend or end your access at any time, including when your role changes or your employment ends. You must then stop using the portal and remove installed staff apps from personal devices.

7. No warranties and liability

The portal is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ETSHG is not liable for indirect loss from its use or unavailability.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, with the competent courts in Addis Ababa. If any part is invalid, the rest remains in force.
